I had Derek and the team come and look at my roof on a 200 year old grade 2 listed property in Kings Park, Stirling. The roof had not been properly maintained and is a tall property that required scaffolding, with very little access. I had a long-term leak going into my bathroom and another going into my bedroom via the dormer window. This needed resolved asap. I contacted Thistle Roofing. The guys were great, very professional, put up the scaffolding and fully assessed the roof and the likely causes of the leaks. They made the necessary repairs to the slates, dormer roof and chimney to a very high standard but it only fixed one of the two leaks. The guys came back, reassessed the work, and said it was the wall render and not the roof, which was a very unusual issue on a property this old (especially with the roof in a bad state initially). They offered to do the wall for FREE having repaired the roof. Having completed the work on the wall, there are no more leaks going into my property. Thistle Roofing are excellent and I would happily recommend them. I will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.
